My journey into the world of technology began from my elementary level of study, during my university when I first encountered a stubborn Windows error that took me days to solve. What started as personal curiosity quickly grew into a passion for helping others navigate the often confusing world of technology.

I've witnessed firsthand how technology challenges can frustrate users regardless of their technical background. This inspired me to create Tech Askiii – a platform where complex tech problems get simple, step-by-step solutions.

• 07 of experience in troubleshooting, technical support and software development

• Professional working experience in Software Development and IT Support rules.
